Refunds
SamandMo Pottery does not offer returns or exchanges on any purchases. Please be sure to look carefully at all photos, and thoroughly read descriptions to make sure that you are getting the product that you want.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an order arrives damaged please take a photo of it prior to opening, and contact me as soon as possible.  Please take photos of all contents inside and we will work together to correct the situation.
